How Grand Rapids Mobile Notary Pros handles the information you share when you request or schedule an appointment.
Effective date: October 1, 2026
Information we collect
When you use our lead form, we collect the details you provide, including your name, phone number, email address, service type, location or city, preferred date and time, number of signers, and notes. We also record the page used to send the request and campaign details in the web address, such as Google click and campaign codes.
When you book through Calendly, Calendly collects the scheduling information you enter. Its own privacy terms also apply to that service. When you call or text us, we receive your phone number and the information you choose to share in the conversation.
Cookies and advertising measurement
We use Google Ads conversion tracking to understand which ad visits lead to phone calls, lead form requests, or completed Calendly bookings. When you visit, Google may set cookies and receive details such as the page visited, the ad click identifier, your browser and device information, and your IP address. Google receives this information as our advertising provider and uses it to measure and improve our ads.
We do not load Google Ads tracking for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, or when we cannot determine the visitor's region. Advertising clicks and impressions may still be counted by Google even when website conversion tracking does not run.
You can limit this tracking by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser, or by turning off personalized ads at Google Ad Settings.
How we use information
We use your information only to respond to your request, provide a quote, schedule the appointment, communicate about arrival and document needs, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep information
We keep lead and scheduling information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide the requested service, maintain ordinary business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We remove or limit access to information when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete information that is not required for legal or business records. You may also ask us to stop calling or texting you. If website cookie settings are available, you can change or withdraw your choice there at any time.
